Certificate II in Animal Studies RUV20104

Enrolments for July 2011 intake open 31 October 2010

1 Year

Classroom sessions will start in Feb 2011 and will be conducted once per fortnight from 4-8pm at Taronga Zoo, Bradleys Head Road Mosman.

Fifteen (15) practical days are required.

10 of these will be offered at Taronga Zoo, students will be required to organise 5 practical days at another animal care institution approved by Taronga Training Institute.

Important: Due to high demand for TTI courses, enrolment and acceptance into courses is on a first come first served basis, subject to the applicant meeting the course entry requirements (enrolment form).

Practical component is one (1) day per week.

Certificate III in Captive Animals RUV30204 (Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Dubbo)

Enrolments for the 2011 are closed.

Classroom sessions will start from the first week of Feb 2010 and will be conducted in 5 x 1 week blocks at Taronga Western Plains Zoo, Dubbo.

Practical component is 5 x 3 week blocks.

Certificate III in Tourism SIT30107

The Certificate III in Tourism course requires students to complete a series of classroom sessions. The frequency of classroom sessions will vary between course structures. Please see study options for more details. Classroom sessions will be conducted at Taronga Zoo, Bradleys Head Road Mosman.
