In Taronga Zoo's Wild Asia rainforest, near the Tapir, Small-clawed Otters, Francois Langurs and Asian Elephants, sits the Village School. This purpose-built learning spot provides a unique learning experience and an exciting and exotic South- east Asian cultural experience.

The ANZ Wild Asia teaching and learning programs fit into Taronga's Curriculum Mapping Plan by specialising in Stage 3 (Years 5-6) Education Outcomes. Endangered Animals and Rainforests are the two most popular programs delivered and are particularly suited to the animals and their environments in ANZ Wild Asia.
